Hello guys,
During a phone call when an internal # is being required to choose the correct path of the proper department, digiting any # with the numeric key button, causes the call to be dropped. I am on a SIP account.
How the request to digit a # (e.g. 1...2... or.... n) should be managed? Is there any sequence to be used, for example '#1' or '*1' (omitting the ' signs obviously)?
