Then my best guess is that perhaps you've accidentally called the following somewhere in your code:

linphone_core_clear_all_auth_info

linphone_core_clear_proxy_config

Does your account setup assistant work properly? If not check if you've
changed something in addProxyConfig under WizardViewController.m
