Unless your device is jailbroken (and I'm not entirely sure of that you can run them even with jailbreak), no, you can't.

These snapshots are only usable by the developers, I'm sorry.

On the other hand, we're in the process of pushing a new release for iOS in the forecoming weeks, so stay tuned :)
