[Linphone-developers] Error running on Windows - "could not locate neither gtk/main.ui nor ./share/linphone/main.ui"

Hi all, I'm starting a new thread because this problem seems unrelated to the 
compilation error I was experiencing before.

I have downloaded the sources from git, compiled and installed everything 
according to the readme.mingw file, and I managed to install linphone and all 
of its dependencies without errors. However whan I try to execute 
C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\opt\linphone\bin\linphone I get this error:

**ERROR**: Could not locate neither gtk/main.ui nor ./share/linphone/main.ui
aborting...

I don't understand what's triggering the error, the file 
./share/linphone/main.ui is right there where it should be but somehow the 
application is not seeing it. The parent folder is in my system's PATH variable.

Could it be the syntax? Perhaps the dot and the normal slash "./" in 
./share/...  are not being correctly interpreted and the application is not 
looking in the right folder? And if so, where can I change that?
