* Replace usage of depricated linphone_core_set_sip_port /
linphone_core_get_sip_port in gtk ui, with
linphone_core_set_sip_transports / linphone_core_get_sip_transports.
This allows to avoid sip_port param overwriting in config file when
sip_port==0 and sip_tcp_port!=0.
* Add tcp sip port setting in params ui.
