[Linphone-developers] patch to allow addition/deletion of friends in linphonec

This patch extends linphonec to allow manipulation of the "friends"
list.  It's not 100% perfect (a bit more input checking needed), but I'm
posting it in this form to see if you're interested; if so I'll do the
final cleanup needed.

Note: The diff was generated against 1.5.1 but applies fine to 1.6.0
