Well, I'd test it locally.

Though, the naive
git revert fa1ec0c100859f7490f524870743f03b54f89ab7

returns

Performing inexact rename detection: 100% (17940/17940), done.
error: could not revert fa1ec0c100... Reduce memory use of lilypond-book
hint: after resolving the conflicts, mark the corrected paths
hint: with 'git add <paths>' or 'git rm <paths>'
hint: and commit the result with 'git commit'

Here I'm running out of knowledge what to do, supposed I identified
the relevant commit  correctly at all.
