Hi Eric:

Thanks for  your response, but how can I avoid it?(I use libtool-1.5.22)

if I compile in a directory is different from source code directory , it don't occur this error, if I compile it in source code directory , it will occur this error.

example:

foo-1.1.tar.gz

tar zxvf foo-1.1.tar.gz
cd foo-1.1
./configure <-- it will occur this error

mkdir build
cd build
../foo-1.1/configure <-- it can be run

if you are free , you can test it from :
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/hbstock/hbstock-1.1.5.tar.gz?download

It sounds like you might be impacted by this:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/libtool-patches/2006-09/msg00010.html

That error message is what Windows gives when an executable can't be
loaded because a dependent .dll can't be located.
