Fortran 77 support

Hi,

Since the copyright assignment should be ok now I've updated the Fortran
77 support I wrote
last summer and submitted a patch against the head branch of CVS as of
20020122 to the
patches list.

Robert, since you handled this the last time maybe you could have a look
at it again?

The test suite including a couple of new F77 and mixed C/F77 tests I
wrote seem to be ok, but
of course I'm open to suggestions :-)
