Dear all,
For those of you looking for an introduction to HTTP and/or MHD, you
might find the materials of my 7252 course at BFH this year useful:

Given that the students were supposed to learn a bit about embedded
computing and HTTP, the course iterates HTTP protocol design with
exercises which often prompt the use of MHD.
