Jessie 1.0.0 has been released, and is available now from here:

   <http://syzygy.metastatic.org/jessie/>

Changes since the previous version (0.9.7) include:

   * The ability to use pluggable (JCE-based) ciphers and MACs.
   * A much more robust implementation of HttpsURLConnection.
   * Bug fixes all over.

The Jessie JSSE provider has also been relicensed under the
GPL+exception license. Previously, only the clean-room JSSE API
carried this license, and the provider was GPL-only.
