Hello,

an extension to the help system: The command descriptions are now
collected under 'topics'. I did this to reduce the number of lines that
are printed by 'help'.
Now you'll get any chorus-related functions with 'help chorus', any
reverb functions with 'help reverb' etc.

PS: I removed the GEN_CHANGED flag from the API, because it was unused.
