Hello,
I am currently trying to calculate igraph metrics (i.e. degree, betweenness, etc.) but am having some trouble.
Is it possible to create an igraph with separate lines shapefile and points shapefile? I want the edges to be the lines file but have the points shapefile as the only nodes from which these metrics are calculated.
Thoughts?
