Hi,
Setting the "TZ" environment variable to eg "CET" on hydra seems to have
no effect. Some of the Emacs self-tests expect this to work.

I tried adding "tzdata" as a build dependency, but it seems to have made
no difference. Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?
