RCS uses ‘ucontext_t’, which is not available (yet?) for cygwin, AFAICT.
Since woe32 support is a low priority for RCS, could you please remove
‘i686-cygwin’ from the list of ‘build’ systems? Someday, if/when cygwin
gets ‘ucontext_t’, we can try to reenable it, but for the time being
disabling would save everyone some cycles.
