What version of RCS are you using?
What system are you running RCS on?
Who is responsible for compiling/installing the RCS that is on your
system?
What diff program is installed on your system, which is RCS using?
Is the problem just rcsdiff? Does running `co -r2.1.1.2' on your file
work?
