Running win32 RCS

When running RCS ... the first check in works great ... this is the error I get on the second one ...

C:\Documents and Settings\bkotch\My Documents\Personal Wiki\cgi-bin>/progra~1/rcs/bin/win32/c

diff: Unknown option "-an"

Usage: diff [-befhHimnNrsw] [-c[n]] [-C n] [-Dname] [-M mark] file1 file2

ci: pages/RCS/WikiSandbox: diff failed

ci aborted

What can I do to stop that unknown option error !?!?
