hi dear:

 

i have downloaded rcs for pc (3 zip files).

my OS is win98.

 

when i was running ci command, i got a error as below:

 

ci: the TZ environment variable is not set; please set to your timezone.

 

could your tell me how to set up the TZ variable.(

i am living in new zealand, auckland area.

).
