Apparently at random ;-)
When running 'ci filename' the contents of the file is truncated to
1024 bytes. The updated ,v is corrupted so that 'co' anyrev always
results in a 1024 byte file. It's a cygwin-i86 PC port of rcs.
All other functions seem fine.
Has anyone seen this behavior before?
Thanks in advance
