pronunciation of GNU Octave

Hello,

How does one pronounce GNU Octave?

The FAQ addresses this in
https://wiki.octave.org/FAQ#Why_%22Octave%22? by linking to a video
where John says Octave a couple of times. The video seems to require
Flash though, so I cannot play it.

I don't know who is maintaining the FAQ, but I think it would be a
good idea to explain the pronunciation there (without simply referring
to said video).
