Dear Sergey,
Your patch works perfectly. Well done. Just last question, this patch
definitely solves the way the server composes the frame. Does it also
solve the problem to make server understand 3Com VSA. This was pointed
out to me by Andre {Thank you too}

Change to radius-1.1 directory and run:
patch -p0 < FILENAME
where FILENAME is the name of the file you saved the patch in. If
everything goes OK, you'll see something like this:
patching file lib/radpdu.c
Hunk #1 succeeded at 227 (offset -1 lines).
Hunk #3 succeeded at 475 (offset -1 lines).
patching file lib/symtab.c
