"Invalid user" means that you have no such user in your
database. Possibly, the entry for "test" was discarded due
to some (earlier?) errors in the raddb/users. Or, if you are
using DBM version of user database, you might have forgotten
to run builddm after modifying raddb/users. In any case, you
will see appropriate diagnostics in your radius.log.
You may get the image of the actual user database in radius
internal representation by running `radctl dumpdb'. Radiusd
will store it to a file named radius.parse in your logging
directory.
