[Help-gnu-radius] listening but deaf?

Hi.

I have gnu-radius-0.95 on a SPARC running Sol 7. I have giule 1.4 on the
machine.

Even though I see that in 'netstat -an' the process is listening on 1645,
1646 and 5000, I can't get radtest or radctl to talk to the server. I am
getting 'NO REPLY' in both cases.

This looks like something pretty basic I am missing here. Has anyone seen
this before?

Another question: can I put INCLUDE lines in the users file?
