I see the following:
ELISP> (= (lsh -1 (lognot 0)) (lsh -2 (lognot 0)))
t
ELISP> (= (lsh -1 (lognot 0)) (lsh -3 (lognot 0)))
nil
The first seems odd to me. Is it really what's expected?
