Just to throw in some words, too: My wife uses Emacs often because she
creates LaTeX printouts for her physics classes. As she does only speak
some English, a localization of the "Preview" and the "LaTeX" menu would
be very helpful for her. Even the documentations of both packages are in
English. So I showed here the things she wanted to know and what I think
of are some nice to knows, but there may be even more. You know? :-D

The problem here is more or less related to AucTex and Preview and not
Emacs itself. But an effective infrastructure of Emacs could help here.

Basically, what I want to say is: If there would be the possibility to
localize at least the menus and the documentations, much more people
would use this great piece of software. :-)

But I guess, this is already known...
