Why do you say it looks good? After that, it says "Primary command failed; attempting fallback".
now I think now you should set the CVS_RSH variable tothe putty ssh program.
I did. Before running cvs -z3 ... etc., I had typed: S:\CVS> SET CVS_RSH=pscp >Unfortunately, I don't know putty. D'oh!
