I agree that we should have a common extension for skeletons and .bison
seems like a good choice. In naming it bison.async I was just sticking to
the naming convention in bison 1.35.

I think you should agree to a common suffix for the Bison skeleton files,
as the suffix is used by OS's to identify the type or contents type of a
file. -- I suggest that "bison" should be the suffix.
