How to startup

Good day .....

I am very new to Linux and currently have downloaded the GNU-AWACS from
the GNU web. I have already complied and installed the package into the
system. On entering the directory /usr/local/bin, tried to run ./awacsud
and it returned the error of not finding the libraries.

How do I rectify this ??
