Dear all,
it would be great if everybody who registers at http://translate.gnusolidario.org 
could DOWNLOAD the .po-files, without the necessity to get admin credentials first.
(I understand that it makes sense to be an admin for the upload.)
If you can download the .po file then one can use it for localizing your GNU Health instance.

Or maybe I misunderstand something?
