Dear Luis

Now that i have worked a bit more, i can see that some parts are translated in farsi but most of it is not.

It's a real puzzle to me that what can be wrong.

You are doing the right thing :)

That is what you have to do, as explained in Step 1 of the Localization
manual

The command

$ ./gnuhealth-control getlang fa

downloads and installs the language "fa" (Farsi) for you. If you
declared it with that name, and activated the language, then it should
be detected and uploaded automatically in the update process.


You can check that you have the language packs installed by doing the
following :

$ cdmods
$ cd health/locale
$ ls -l fa.po

check the contents of that file. It should have the strings for the
core package health.
