[H-source-users] h-node.org server is now set up for git-push deployment

Hello,

Just an update that I set up a git repo with a post-receive hook 
on the prod server.  This will simplify the process in the rare 
occasions when we need to update the prod server to a git-push 
command.  As mentioned before, changes to the h-node branch should 
be minimised until we get a staging server running with php7.
