    self: Rebuild translated manuals.
    
    * guix/self.scm (info-manual): Run po4a and related commands to generate
    translated texi files before building translated manuals.
    * guix/build/po.scm: New file.
    * Makefile.am (MODULES_NOT_COMPILED): Add it.
