    gnu: efilinux: Set ARCH variable on some architectures.
    
    Even with this patch efilinux does not build for arm*.
    
    * gnu/packages/efi.scm (efilinux)[arguments]: On armhf-linux and
    aarch64-linux set the ARCH variable apropriately.
