    gnu: ruby: Remove custom 'rake gem' build phase from all gems.
    
    * gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-hoe, ruby-rake-compiler,
      ruby-net-http-persistent, ruby-minitest, ruby-minitest-sprint,
      ruby-minitest-bacon): Remove custom 'rake gem' build phase that is now
      handled automatically by the Ruby build system.
