    src/preproc/*/*.man: Fix style and markup nits.
    
    This is mainly recovery of good pagination after addition of the `BP`
    and `TS` registers, with their new defaults, altered page layouts.
    
    * Use active voice more.
    * Tighten wording.
    * Add or adjust poor man's keeps.
    * Don't set examples in bold when they illustrate only input.
    * Annotate manually computed tagged paragraph indentations.
