    xgpsspeed: Fix --rotate option.
    
    The rotation was inappropriately being applied to the speed scale,
    while failing to apply it to the triangle pointer.  This fixes
    both issues.
    
    TESTED:
    Ran against local real GPS, and a couple of logfiles with nonzero
    velocities, and observed reasonable displays.
