youre probably misunderstand what gnuzilla is - there is no "icecat source
code" anymore - all we (downstreams) have now is the cleaning/config script
(makeicecat) which downloads the upstream firefox source code and patches it,
mainly configuration options - the treatment is essentially like parabola's
iceweasel PKGBUILD; though no one would refer to that sort of scripting and
config as "the iceweasel source code" - the output of makeicecat is a
source-ball however - that source-ball could be called "the icecat source code"
if it were published; but gnuzilla has not published a source-ball since 2019

all i can say, is that the currently promoted release v60 does not meet any sort
of standard of anyone - it makes the project appear to be abandoned

an up-to-date beta release, even if only a source-ball, would present a much
better face of the project than a binary release which has been EOL and
unsupported for 4 years
