Tool shortcuts break rpath

Hi,

I thought that when we installed a .app, we installed a little shell script 
that did exec path/to/app.app/app, but apparently now we’re installing a 
symlink.  Unfortunately, this means that rtld tracks the launch path as the 
Tools directory, which breaks $ORIGIN in rpath for the binary and makes it 
impossible to link against libraries that are bundled inside the .app.
