Moved the main menu handling into the class NSMenu and fixed activation
problem on Windows.
This should also fix the menu display bug that was part of Adrian Robert's patch. Thanks! :)
Is there any reason the new method ([NSMenu -setMain:]) isn't private? If not, I'll go ahead and add the relevant underscores.
