Gorm Update 05/10/2003

Major code cleanup: Up until recently Gorm was compiling with a number of
warnings.  I have done some major code cleanup to correct these issues and have
added a GNUmakefile.preamble with "ADDITIONAL_OBJCFLAGS =+ -Werror" defined so
that, in the future, warnings will be treated as errors when compiling Gorm.

Bug reports:
There are several open bugs which I am dillegently trying to fix.  
If you find any problems with Gorm, please report them via the bug reporting
page on savannah.
