If you want to link a comment *directly* to a result you
would edit the result and enter the comment there. There's
fields for comments by the lab and by the doctore.
Nonetheless, it could be useful to generate a clinical
narrative from the result - pre-populated with the values -
and let the user add some free text to that. Which would
then get stored as a SOAP row with the results included
textually.
I added both as FIXME: comments.

It's strange that this should be selectable because the
GNUmed code explicitely makes this a menu *title*:
