Details:
When the input's WCS uses the `CROTAi' keyword to specify rotation, all
Gnuastro's programs crash because the WCS library is not prepared to deal with
them.
A description of this (depreciated) rotation in FITS, and its conversion to
the PC matrix is given here
<https://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov/users_guide/users_guide/node57.html>.
