from what i know abut debian packaging, the debian/copyright file is not
automated - it must be written by the package maintainer; which means that the
package maintainer has presumably read the license and considers it to be in
accordance with debian's policy - it may not be; but i would not expect that
bug report to be considered to be a bug, unless you can demonstrate precisely
how it conflicts with debian's policy (ie: demonstrate that the packager made
an error) - even if the packager could point to a prior decision made by the
legal team WRT that license, it could not influence this work-group - that
license is not complicated; so it is a matter of opinion

in any case, asking for debian's opinion would not be informative in the
context of this work-group; because debian does not participate this work-group
- debian has its own set of guidelines which may differ where this license is
concerned - OTOH, the pureos maintainers are also members of debian - perhaps
their opinion would be constructive in this context - they would be obligated to
treat or delete this software, if the FSF deems that license unacceptable; but
debian has no relation or obligation to the FSDG
