dpans2texi.el 1.04 -- Convert the ANSI Common Lisp draft to Texinfo

dpans2texi.el converts the TeX sources of the draft ANSI Common Lisp
standard (dpANS) to Texinfo.

The main benefit compared with existing hypertext translations (like
the /Common Lisp Hyperspec/) is that Info is  better integrated with
Emacs, and you can use all the usual goodnes of Info, such as:

* convenient index lookups (`i')
* regexp search of the entire spec (`s'), and
* lookup the symbol at point (`C-h C-i').

New in version 1.04 are a couple of small improvements:

        * dpans2texi.el (dp-remove-whitespace): Fix whitespace bug.
        (dp-beginsection): Change heading of Section 1.1 to "Scope,
        Purpose, and History".
        (dp-special-cases): Avoid loosing the first two rows of
        ConstituentTraitsOfStdChars.
