Here is the latest version of txutils. thanks to input from others, I
think the code is greatly improved and the customize interface more
generalised. The utility can now handle converters which produce html
output as well as ones that just produce text output.
The program has been tested with emacs 22, but should now work with
emacs 21 as well.
