new version of mkhtml - version 1.4: entire MKHTML package

In response to some email requests, I'm posting the entire MKHTML
package corresponding to mkhtml.el, version 1.4. Only file mkhtml.el has
changed, however; the other files in the package are the same as before.


Version 1.4 lets you define hypertext link colors in the output HTML:
unvisited link color, visited link color, mouseover (hover) colors.
