Fine, this command brought me to an window where I can select one of this four 
points:
1. Select keymap from arch list <--- I've tried this and the output was: 
"Looking for keymap to install: NONE"
2. Don't touch keymap
3. Keep kernel keymap
4. Select keymap from a full list <--- when I select this, I get to a long list 
and I'm not sure what to choose - I've tried pc/.../us-american/standard but 
when I switch back to the notebook with Ctrl+Alt+F7 then all was still chinese. 
So I did a reboot. But all is still in chinese and it seems to be the 
KDE-Desktop
