I used the amd64 livecd since yesterday, now I think I found an issue.
When I start the 32bit cd, I haven t got network access with my notebook, because
the card requires the e100 kernelmodule, which is removed in gnewsense.
I started the 64 bit cd, there I have got networkaccess, iI used lsmod to look
for the e100 module and it is loaded.
I looked in /lib/firmware/2.6.24-23-generic/ and there are (I think) non-free firmware-files
Same thing with /lib64/firmware
