[gfsd]Big glibc 2.2.5 problem

I've downloaded the precompiled RPM, but my glbc is old and 4.0 RPM won't 
work since it needs glibc 2.2.5. I'm trying to compile it then, but the 
linker is complaining about ld.map. I could not find this file on my 
computer. How am I suposed to extract the files ? I'm stuck! Help!
