The account at savannah.gnu.org does not give you an account
on fencepost.gnu.org, which is where the /gd/gnuorg/ directory is.
However, we can certainly get you an account there, and as a GNU package
maintainer you have the right to one.
I'll forward your request to the accounts folks.
I'm not responsible for the documents in question. Some of them probably
need to be modified. :-(
